Okay ummm, I stumbled across this woman; when my lady asked me to find her a cake like her mum makes in Barbados. I have no idea what a Black Cake is but, my lady loves the stuff. That being said, she placed an order with the lady. Cake came in the post, within a day or two and it was gone before days end. No, my lady didn’t eat it all but, her brother-in-law, sister, and some adult dependents, chowed down and annihilated the cake. Then well, ….2 more we’re ordered! She does good business, clearly makes great cakes! Sorry, no photos of the cake but, here’s the container, that’s all I can offer.
